FF Chemicals BV is closed on the following Biblical holidays (for information see the Bible book of Leviticus, Chapter 23)

We are closed from friday evening to saturday evening (Sabbath) and during the Sabbaths (days of rest) of the Biblical feasts.

Below are the dates of the Biblical feasts for 2025 with their meaning and which days of these feasts are a Sabbath (day of rest).

- Passover / Seder (evening): saturday evening april 12^th, 2025

The evening that Jesus the Messiah was crucified and thereby paid for the sins of the world. On the evening before this day (Seder evening), a special meal is celebrated together.

- Chag Ha'Matzot / Feast of Unleavened Bread: sunday april 13^th to saturday april 19^th 2025

The first and last days of the 7-day festival are celebrated as a day of rest. During this feast we remember the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. It is also 7 days of cleansing our home and life. We must put away all yeast (sins and wrongs) from our home and life. We eat unleavened bread for 7 days. Unleavened bread symbolizes the life that should be free from arrogance and pride, etc.

- Shawoe'ot / Pentecost (also known as the Festival of Weeks): sunday, june 8^th, 2025

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit took place. Believers in Jesus the Messiah can live in constant connection with God and God wants to live in their hearts.

- Yom Teroeah / Feast of Trumpets: tuesday october 23^rd, 2025

Announcing the Second Coming of Jesus the Messiah. A call to be alert. It is celebrated as a day of rest.

- Yom Kippur / Day of Atonement: thursday october 2^nd, 2025

The central focus is the reconciliation of God with His people Israel. It is a day of humbling.

- Sukkot / Feast of Tabernacles: tuesday, october 7^th to tuesday october 14^th, 2025

It is a seven-day festival with the first day being a day of rest. The festival looks ahead to the Kingdom of Jesus the Messiah in which the whole earth will be restored and everyone will recognize Him as King of the world.

- Shemini Ha'atseret / The 8^th day Festival: tuesday, october 14^th, 2025

This is the day after the Feast of Tabernacles where perfection is looked forward to. When all pain, misery and death will be done away and God will be 'all and in all'. Heaven and earth will be renewed.
